Shipping policy

Command through Yuntu Logistics. Most non customized items will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days after receiving your order. It will arrive in approximately 20 to 30 working days. If your order is delayed in shipment due to insufficient inventory, we will contact you to determine the shipping date.
Most of our orders come with free delivery. If your order meets the conditions for free shipping, it will be shipped through Yuntu. Please note that if your order meets the conditions for free shipping, you can return it to us and we reserve the right to deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. Please note that if the order quantity is large and/or the pole or pole is long, the shipping cost incurred when returning the product to us will be high. Free shipping is not applicable to mega projects. Extra large projects refer to products that charge extra large fees from Yuntu Logistics or our freight company. When determining the shipping cost, many factors were considered, and our website is unable to calculate the shipping cost.
